We recommend booking your cleaning service at least one week in advance. This allows us enough time to conduct a site visit, prepare a quotation and finalize the necessary agreements. For long-term or contract cleaning services (4 months or more), we advise booking even earlier to ensure a smooth start, proper scheduling and uninterrupted service delivery

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least  24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule efficiently and offer the time slot to another customer. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation
